Well, I’d like to suggest that cold-calling someone you don’t know on the telephone should probably be number two...

    New white paper: Customer Value Optimization(tm)
    InterVox Group Affiliates can now take advantage of a new white paper which presents the value and fundamentals for working with and through the customer contact center to create true Customer Value Optimization(tm) (CVO). CVO(tm) is a systematic methodology for a business to determine its customers’ top priorities conclusively and with precision at any given time, to more effectively align its service objectives, and the structures to deliver them. This new paper examines a streamlined, practical and results-based approach that has its roots in both statistical and financial theory and models, drawing upon academic references with a business purpose.

    PC Data Recovery Tool  

    Most of us have had the decidedly unpleasant experience of losing important data from our PCs. It may have been due to a virus infection, or to files becoming corrupted, or even due to emptying the Windows wastebasket with an important file in it. If you suffer a catastrophic mechanical disk failure some of your data may still be recoverable, but that is a job for the professionals. In most other cases however, your data can be saved with a specialized data recovery program. The PC Data Recovery Tool can help you recover lost or deleted files. The site also features a selection of free security, data backup and system management tools, so take a look at them as well.
