month marks the beginning of a coordinated market debut. In
the next couple of weeks we launch our new web site and publish
the inaugural issue of inSights, your new client
newsletter. Also, another white paper, on Customer Value
Optimization(tm) is now available. All of this--and more
yet to come--is focused on generating project opportunities
for you.
We also welcome three new affiliates to our

Data Recovery Tool
Most of us have had the decidedly unpleasant
experience of losing important data from our PCs. It
may have been due to a virus infection, or to files
becoming corrupted, or even due to emptying the
Windows wastebasket with an important file in it. If
you suffer a catastrophic mechanical disk failure
some of your data may still be recoverable, but that
is a job for the professionals. In most other cases
